With an impressive background in acute care, Dr. Federico is the primary physician and a warm, welcoming face at the Unionville Pediatrics Acute Care Center (ACC).

Dr. Federico joined us from another local pediatric practice and prior to that she worked in the Emergency Room at both Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and St. Mary's Hospital Pediatric Unit. Dr. Federico received her undergraduate degree at Ithaca College and went to medical school at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. She completed her residency at Connecticut Children's Medical Center.

Dr. Federico lives in Avon with her husband Brian and their two young daughters Natalie and Isabelle. They love to travel and their favorite destinations are Cape Cod, Saratoga, and Disney.
