Warm and comforting with a laugh that will put anyone at ease, Dr. Gilroy is a patient favorite for his laid-back approach, love of Adele, and secret time travel superpowers. 

Dr. Gilroy is an energetic doctor who is passionate about children’s health and well-being. He received his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and then attended Medical School at the University of New England. Dr. Gilroy then went on to become a resident and Chief Resident at the University of Connecticut Department of Pediatrics and Connecticut Children’s Medical Center before becoming a partner at Unionville Pediatrics. 

Here are a few things you may not know about Dr. Gilroy:

• He loves Connecticut but is a big fan of Wyoming where he would probably be eating Baked Alaska

• When he isn’t at the office, you can find him on his Christmas tree farm

• He was once featured on an Argentinian TV game show - you’ll have to ask for the details yourself

• He almost ruined Christmas one year when he was sliced open while unwrapping presents

Dr. Gilroy and his wife Colleen live right here in Farmington with their young son and two dogs.
